Baptism is an outward declaration of an inward decision. Throughout the New Testament, we find that when people made a decision to put their trust in Jesus, they were baptized. And we want to give you an opportunity to do the same! We believe that baptism does not save a person or make them right with God. Our salvation is secured only through Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. However, baptism is an important step in a believer's walk - it is a public declaration that a person is indeed a follower of Christ.
We'll be meeting at the Hauan's home, just east of North Branch. We'll provide brats and burgers, but would love if you'd bring a dish to share. After the baptisms, everyone is free to hang out, eat some food, and swim in their pool.
